Probably the final update: sounds, truck collisions, some balancing

What’s new:

• Added sound effects (thank you Chiptone!)
• Your truck can crash into trees and the creature platform (low speed collisions are okay)
• The creature’s stat drain amounts increase with time
• You can pause by pressing P / Start on the gamepad
