Update: new graphics & bugfixes

What's new:
- New shooter graphics for "cannon" and "crossbow" + shattering effects.
- New "cannon balls" for the larger shooter placeable + shattering effects accordingly.
- Added shattering effect for both enemy types.
- Bugfix: the small TNT placeable was selected when you picked up a box containing the large one.
